The benefits of using an Employer of Record (EOR) service
I’ve been considering expanding my company globally, but the whole process of hiring people in different countries seems really overwhelming. I read a little about Employer of Record (EOR) services, but I'm not sure how it works. For example, do I still have control over how employees work day-to-day, or does the EOR handle everything? I’ve heard of companies like TheEmployerOfRecord.com offering these services, but I don’t know how they really simplify things. Any experiences with this?

Re: The benefits of using an Employer of Record (EOR) servic
I’ve worked with an Employer of Record (EOR) before, and it made managing our international team so much easier. The best part is you can stay in control of your team’s tasks and day-to-day operations, while the EOR takes care of the legal stuff like compliance, payroll, and hiring. This way, you don’t have to set up a legal entity in each country. It really saved us time and energy! You can learn more about their services and how they work with global teams here(https://theemployerofrecord.com/services/eo). It was definitely a game changer for us.

It sounds like a pretty efficient solution if you want to hire across borders without all the extra legal work. I think it could be especially useful for startups or smaller companies that don’t want to deal with setting up operations in different countries. Just keep in mind that you still need to manage the quality and communication with your remote team closely.
